60 guests, 20 dancers and a night to remember.

As the Event Coordinator, I supported the Director of Development & Events in booking and communicating the vendors involved. I worked internally with the marketing team to produce event signage and capture photos of the space. I also handed the drop off and pick up of all rentals and art pieces. We had sponsorship from Principle Wines, Granville Island Brewing, Hype Chocolate, Granville Island Florist, Tallu & Co. and Totem Vodka. Dinner with the Dancers was simultaneously produced with a Dance Party at Performance Works on Granville Island where I managed the DJs and event staff throughout the night.
